And though I'm certain you've read all about me on my website already, there are really only three things that you need to know:

2. I'm a huge lover of classic beauty and refined style, but the secret to the genuine smiles & laughter in my photos is that I can't stop with the dad jokes.

Collection Two will usually put me there photographing you from 'getting ready' time until just enough into the party that your friends aren't too wildly drunk. ;) This collection also includes a second photographer, so I can focus on big moments and he can watch for special moments in the wings. This collection is my most-booked because it works for so many types and sizes of wedding days!

Collection One will usually mean I'm there to photograph you towards the end of your 'getting ready' time and I can stay all the way through your formal exit. And I'll have a second shooter there too, so I can focus on all the big moments while he watches for emotional reactions and little in-between moments. Having 10 hours is the best way to ensure that I can be present for all the parts of your day, and my 10 hour couples never have to worry about rushing to get things done!

Collection Three generally gives me time to photograph you from partway through your 'getting ready' time until a few of the big main reception events are done (like first dances & cake cutting). I'll also have a second shooter, so there will be two of us watching for big and small moments!

For driving destinations, figure on $.58/mi outside of a 50 mile radius of Bentonville, Arkansas. For flying destinations, travel fees will be based on the flight cost.
If the trip will require one or more nights in a hotel, the fee per night will be based on the cost of 4-star hotels in the area.
Generally speaking, we won't know how many nights I'll need to book a hotel until we have solidified our plans for your sessions and/or wedding timeline. I will send invoices for hotel stays as plans become more solid.

Because I am only available for 4-5 weddings per year, I am only offering full 8+ hour collections for 2024-2025.
ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR ELOPEMENTS?
That depends on a lot of factors like whether or not you're doing a first look, the sunset time on the day of your wedding, how many are in your bridal party, and more. I'm happy to help you figure it out though, so please do contact me to talk about it!
HOW MANY HOURS DO I NEED?
As involved as you'd like me to be! I love to give my input on what you can do to get the best photos (like what direction to face the ceremony or suggestions for a great AirBnb for bridal prep), but if you prefer I be more hands off that's perfectly fine too.
HOW INVOLVED WITH OUR WEDDING PLANNING WILL YOU BE?
2022 will be my 15th year taking photos, and my 8th year specializing in wedding photography. I've photographed over 200 weddings, a few dozen births, and almost 800 portrait sessions in that time!
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A PHOTOGRAPHER?
Yes I do! Click here for for details on albums. Prints & other products will be available through the built-in store in your finished gallery of images.
DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS?
I have a list of my favorite vendors that all my clients get as soon as they book! I love recommending people that I know will help make your day super kickass.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND A FLORIST, VIDEOGRAPHER, ETC?
The retainer fee will be a flat $500, but beyond that you are welcome to make payments however suits you (as long as it's paid in full by 30 days prior to the wedding). Most of my clients pay monthly installments. We'll definitely discuss this during booking!
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
I have a ton of great photographer friends that all call on each other to second shoot. We are all qualified professional photographers, with approximately equal skills and experience. But regardless of who second shoots, I edit all the photos myself for stylistic consistency. You won't even be able to tell who's camera each photo in your gallery came from!
HOW DO YOU CHOOSE YOUR SECOND SHOOTERS?
I generally tell my clients to expect between 75-100 photos per hour of coverage (so a 10 hour wedding would be 750-1000), but it varies depending on factors like whether you have a first look, multiple locations, or a lot of different events.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?
I believe strongly that your wedding day should not be a game of racing the clock, trying to squeeze all the things into the time you have a photographer present. It should be a day focused on the celebration, resting in your friends and family's love for you. I do book wedding coverage for less than 8 hours in certain circumstances, but for most full size weddings I highly recommend booking at least 8 hours.
DO YOU HAVE A WEDDING COLLECTION SHORTER THAN 8 HOURS?
I love that question the most!! All I need to get this ball rolling is your first & last name and email address, your fiancé's first & last name and email address, and your collection choice. You can just email me back with that information and I'll do the rest!!
